Rice Germ
Rice germ is the fraction of a grain of rice that contains the richest nutrients. Although it only takes up 1% of the total weight of rice, 30% of all the nutrients in rice is derived from it. Rice germ also contain vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin B, Vitamin E, Magnesium and Manganese.
