I was prescribed 3 capsules of glucosamine sulphate by the polyclinic doctor when I suffered knee joint pain years back. After taking, I would still suffer knee pain on and off, even though I wore knee guards to help protect my knees.

By chance a friend recommended me turmeric capsules, and when I visited the doctor for my regular supply of glucosamine sulphate and made the additional request to have turmeric, the doctor on duty said that the polyclinic did not provide it. Finally, I found and bought Standardized Turmeric Curcumin at abccccccZ. It was so impactful for me and I no longer experience pain ever since I've been taking both together! The other polyclinic doctor on duty also told me to go ahead with turmeric since it is herbal.
