TERMS & CONDITIONS

LAC Club Membership

• Applicant must be 18 years old & above.
• Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Membership discounts/offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts/privilege cards and vouchers.
• Only members can reset their own 6-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).

LAC$
• LAC$ earned are valid till 31st December the following year or when the membership expires, whichever is earlier. LAC$ not redeemed during such period will be expired. LAC will not be responsible for any expired LAC$.
• LAC$ are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• LAC$ may be used to renew membership or redeem for products based on nett purchase.
• Products redeemed are non-refundable/exchangeable.
• LAC may at any time, without prior notice cancel, suspend and/or terminate the program. Members shall not be entitled to any compensation for any such cancellation, suspension and/or termination, and any unutilised LAC$ shall be invalidated thereupon.
