Once approved, your refund will be processed and refunded to your original mode of payment (e.g. credit card, paypal) and a notification email will be sent to you.

My refund was in the form of an eGift Card/certificate. How do I utilise it for the next purchase?

Upon reaching Step 3 Payment of the checkout process, please proceed as followed:

1. Tick the “Use LAC$ & eGift Card”

2. Select “eGift Card” tab

3. Enter your unique e-gift certificate coupon code (refer to our email notification subject “Gift Certificate”)

4. Click Proceed to complete the checkout process
